Parts have a lot of flash and horrid bumpy bits with rough & smooth parts. Scribed detail is way to deep. Very weak looking undercarriage. Tail wheels look very weak. Props are a curved J shape Bomb doors all separate so gluing them all together with doors closed will be a ball ache to get them all level, airfix got their 1970's kit right with the main bomb doors, one whole piece. No idea what's gone wrong with Italeri. Would I buy another ? Nope!

its highly detailed yet has no figures with it which is POOR SHOW i know that you can never win a IPMS award as its still a no no to include figures in your aircraft but for italere to go along with that SAD attitude . ............................ crucial model not worth making without the figures to go with it stand up and be counted the figures in the plane as well education includes freedom to think in this case sadly curtailed

Re-tooled and re-worked excellent crisp detail and so much detail I may look at some way of being able to open the fusalage up to snow it all. Good options available as well afraid they are purely for the tug version of the Stirling but then all the details are here including the whinch details at the rear gunner end of the plane Photo eteched components as well.

Very good level of detail and will build up into a very decent model. A significant step up from the old Airfix BI/III. Hopefully Italeri will get around to issuing a new tool Mark III?
