JOYNER 650 BUGGY fitted with a 1000cc triple SUZUKI SWIFT ENGINE THIS BUGGY HAS A V5 AND IS ROAD LEGAL Pleas note this is an unfinished project.

The Suzuki engine came from a year 2000 car that had done less than 40.000 miles, it is securely mounted in the frame on rubber mountings so all the hard work has been done. The original Suzuki fuel injection carburettor and distributor have been replaced with a SU carburettor and a new imported stand alone electronic distributor, so no need for an ecu etc. Exhaust, only the exhaust manifold has been fabricated but there is a cat from the Suzuki that will be included. Gear linkage is connected and working. Complete pair of Suzuki and Joyner drive shafts is included, they will require cutting to length and welding. The engine requires the following before it will run: a little work on the inlet manifold, exhaust finishing, accelerator and choke cables connecting, fuel pump fitting and pipes connecting and electrics. Rear brake cables and callipers are required, a replacement lower suspension arm and rear wheel bearings. Chassis could do with a repaint Tyres are good, the Joyner radiator is almost new and a Suzuki radiator is also included The original 650 cc engine will also be included it was running when I bought the Joyner but the starter motor has failed. The chassis has not been modified, the Suzuki engine mountings mount to the original Joyner chassis engine mountings so either engine can be mounted in the chassis and the conversion is completely reversible. Registration document V5 is present. Also included is a tow bar that fastens to the front of the buggy so it can be towed away. Any questions please ask.
