It smells amazing. Woody flavor with hints of hazelnut. Light and bitter with a hint of sweetness from the roast. Does not bloom when used in a percolator. The best way I've found to enjoy this coffee is through a French press and whole bean would be the way to go but I couldn't find whole bean. Also I believe this is overpriced for the quality however, I am also a fan of El Salvador style coffee which is typically a darker sweeter berry roast and cost less.
