Nice lady, but this dvd is just not for me, I bought it so that I could do some exercise at home quickly and when convenient, but would find it far easier just going to the gym. Trying to do some fairly complicated, fast sequences with finger constantly on the pause button, I finally gave up after half a day of trying to make some sense of it. Warm-up exercises were better. Too much chatter about her life and diet.
It was a relaxed video but i didn't stick with it. It was too fast you weren't given enough time to learn the steps to be able to keep up.
I brought this thinking would get workout, but very slow taking you through it so youi would not want to keep doing that bit everytime

I got this DVD at the start of January hoping to improve my fitness and stamina and have fun, I did not have the problem of trying to lose weight after christmas. I have to say I'm not a dancer and found some of the routines difficult and frustrating and I understand why some people would have a problem doing it and call it a bad fitness DVD. There has been many a time I have got angry with myself and upset, but who hasn't when learning something new?. This got my heart rate up and at the end of it I felt like I had done a good body workout, I may look a fool doing it but it's better than doing nothing and complaining about it. I believe that if you are doing something sensible and healthy to improve your body it will NOT be easy, it will be hard, Your mind and body need to adapt to it and that will take a while. If you stick to the routines that suite you best on the DVD you will definitely feel and maybe see the benefit, simple as. A good low price workout DVD worth buying!Read full review
