I really enjoy this yoga DVD, there are 2x 30min workouts which takes you through both simple & tough yoga poses, which all flow well together You'll get a little sweaty, strong & learn some great yoga techniques You should see results after a week, either in a stronger body or gettung better at the moves...or both! Great for those just starting out as everything is well explained & also great for those who know yoga as there are advanced options to try Jillian is more mellowed in the DVD & still her usual motivating self I really love this workout & have bought it for a friend too

I bought this to use on my 30 day shred rest days and it’s perfect for the job. It’s definitely not your average yoga dvd but Jillian Michaels does a good job of putting her stamp on it. Although it’s not as intense as her other workouts you can still feel it’s effects and I could already feel my balance and strength developing after a few days of doing it.
