Accidentally threw my original Karcher away and needed a replacement. This is a 'mark 2' version and is just as good as my old one. The Karcher has made my most unpleasant household task of cleaning windows into one that I now look forward to doing! It's also exceptionally useful for sucking up liquid spills off the kitchen work top, tables or floors around the home. Well done Karcher!

Having worn out a second blade on my old trusty well used Window Vac and knowing replacements aren't cheap I decided to splash out on the new model. This was a big mistake. I was very happy with the performance of the original model and expected the upgraded model to be even better. Battery performance is better and the redesigned drain plug is easier to use but as a window vac it's performance is poor. When using on a wet surface a line of water droplets is left at the point the stroke finishes. When using on a steamed surface the blade leaves a series of stripes caused I presume by the serrated edge of the blade. The biggest disappointment was Karchers response to my email regarding the above points. Did they acknowledge a problem - NO. Did they make any suggestions to overcome the problem - NO. They asked how I was using the product.. I wouldn't have thought there were many variations that could be applied to vacuuming a glass shower screen. Read full review

I've just used it for the first time today. It's light and easy to use.I found it a bit difficult at first getting into corners but I will get used to it. I am very happy with the purchase. It was recommended to me and I would be happy to recommend it to others. Leaves windows very clean, so much better and easier than spray and a cloth.

We previously bought a Karcher Window Vac & were very satisfied until it failed just out of warranty !!! We then purchased 3 other window vacs (not Karcher) which all failed within a few months!! Two were 'cheaper' models whilst one was a Vax. All in all we would not recommend cheaper brands and, on balance, are satisfied with the quality and price of our second Karcher. Here's hoping it outlasts it's predecessor??

Honestly I don't know how we managed without this! It's fantastic for clearing condensation off the windows and keeping the shower screen and bathroom panelling dry. Our windows have never been cleaner either. It's quick to charge and quiet to use, easy to empty and feels solid and good quality. To be honest it's one of the best little gadgets we've ever bought.
