Does the job on my tubeless scooter wheels. You do have to remove the sharp edges on the end though, as they can very easily scrape on the rim itself. Probably as this is not strictly for scooter wheels. But at 10 inches, they are small enough you can get away with it. Would not have been able to do the job without this kit.
