In one of his first majoe titles QT makes a massive impact in this robbery drama, in which a gang of drug taking maniacs lose the plot when it goes drasticly wrong. There is little of a story apart from Zed landing in Paris, meeting a pro at his hotel, Eric (Nutter) kicks her out and Eric and mates along with Zed go on a bender cocktail of all drugs, the next day they rob a federal bank, it ends up every man for himself, excellent music in the bank, unneeded shooting in some parts of the film, however this shows the character as is is a loonatic with noi regard for anything other than his twisted dream, this is fueled by his drug taking, the dend is somewhat predictable with no twist. It is a very enjoyable film for all those QT fans and has dated very well all charcters are extremley good viewing and you become on off this gang for a short apsce of time, once again hard drugs are used by QT this shows how shockingly intresting drugs are and how easy they fit into this film Finally Zoe is a beautiful character even as a pro, is delightful to look at, sexy, sassy, and with a lovely body, she doen't say much but what is said you listen vert carefully All main three actors are very good, they work off each other very well and the chemistry is quite unique for a film of this type. Well recommendedRead full review
American safecracker (Stoltz) is summoned to Paris by childhood buddy Eric (Anglade) to help pull a Bastille Day bank heist. Dreams of easy money quickly evaporate when the heist goes sour and Eric transforms into a psychotic, drug-crazed sociopath... This highly controversial first film by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Roger Avary (Pulp Fiction) was an instant cult classic and fast became the barometer by which Generation X gauged its own This was produced by quentin tarantino and contains some of his usual hard hitting vilence great movie well worth a watch!
