From start to stop, this is a non-stop Rock N' Roll rollercoaster! As soon as you go, you're greeted to the first sign that this album is much more professional than the original Kiss albums. Straight from the start, you can hear that Bob Ezrin helping with the album payed off. After their success with "Alive!", Kiss, Gene ecspecially, wanted to cash in with a killer album. That album came with "Destroyer", fulled with rock classics such as "Shout It Out Loud", "God of Thunder" and "Detroit Rock City" to name a few, as well as the unlikely ballad by Peter Criss (which fits in nicely I may add) "Beth", and the rather experimental, hidden track "Rock N' Roll Party". Even with the variety of songs, the tracks flow together seamlessly. This isn't the kind of album that takes a few listens either. You just pick this one up and love it. I'd recommened this if you've never taken the time to listen to Kiss' stuff and would like to, it's a very enjoyable listen, over, and over, and over, and over..... LimbuzzardRead full review
