When creating our eBay listings we try our best to provide the accurate product information and ensure that product images are identical to the item we will supply, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case as sometimes brands, colours, styles may differ slightly from the displayed images- PLEASE read all the detailed listing description, and view the provided image carefully before making a purchase. The Compatibility system on listings is provided by eBay and is for guidance purpose only; it is not always 100% accurate, so it is your responsibility as the customer to make sure the part you are purchasing is the correct part for your vehicle. If you are unsure please contact us through eBay messaging for advice before making the purchase.

We do NOT accept any liability / responsibility and will not be held responsible for missing fitting appointments such as garage mechanic/fitter or similar specialists etc, and would recommend you NOT to make such appointments until you have the actual goods in your possession and are satisfied that they are the correct items what you have ordered from the listing for your vehicle
2- If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, we will NOT be held responsible for any labour costs or any damage, not matter what ever sort, involved in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty period.
3. Delivery / Courier delays -We do NOT accept any liability / responsibility for delayed deliveries by the couriers. We try our best to get the goods to the customer but please note the delivery times specified on our listings are approximate delivery times, and may vary under certain circumstance, for example festive seasons like Xmas, Easter, bad weather like rain, snow, winds etc, which can delay the couriers due to back log.

Couriers will attempt delivery on 2 occasions prior to the item being returned to ourselves, and if they cannot deliver the goods they will leave you a card and you MUST contact them. If for any reason the goods are returned to us then you will be liable for Re-delivery, with this in mind it is important that you contact the courier’s to arrange re-delivery or collection as soon as possible. Also when making the purchase Please provide a mobile number for the couriers in the pay pal address section at the time of purchase/checkout, if no number is supplied then there is a possibility of a delayed delivery.
ALL our prices include V.A.T & include free delivery; we accept all major credit cards.
All deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery.

Returns
We expect you to be very happy with your purchase but we recognize that there are occasions where a customer needs to return an item to us.
1- If you may change your mind and cancel part or all of your order with us at any time up to 7 working days after you receive the item. purchases made by the buyer will be liable to 15% handling / re stocking charge. If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return it, we may accept it back if returned to us within 7 working days after you receive the item. Providing the item is in its ORIGINAL PACKING and has not been fitted and in same condition in which it was received in, intact and in re sell-able condition and has been packaged sufficiently for its safe return. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resalable brand new condition at our discretion; we may replace it or issue a refund. This does not affect your right to inspect the item upon receipt. Even though most of our items are shown as free shipping, we do incur cost when shipping the item/s to you, and when refunding returns, we will issue you the refund of your monies after deducting the 15% handling charge and the shipping costs which we incur when initially shipping original item to you). Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs to send the item back to us. If the good are not in their original packaging, damaged, dirty or parcel tape is used on the original packing of the product, we have the right to REFUSE the returned goods, and you will be liable to pay the return shipping of those goods. As its is common sense, the next customer who purchases these goods, should be satisfied with the appearance of the product as being NEW and not USED. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please contact us via eBay for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. You are responsible for the safe return of all goods. Please send returns recorded or special delivery with a return authorization number and covering letter, along with your eBay user ID. item number purchased and a brief description of why you are returning the items, this will enable us to ensure a quick process of your return.

3- Damaged items: On receipt of the delivery, please inspect the packaging BEFORE signing and if bags or boxes are damaged /opened, i.e. torn bags, damaged or open please sign clearly as “received damaged” and contact us through eBay messages and report it to us - as if not signed as damaged, then we can not take the matter forward with the couriers, who have to be notified with 24hrs on receipt of goods.
NOTE:
OUR PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING PRICE INSIDE IF BUYERS WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM IN CASE a). IF ITEM BOUGHT BY MISTAKE, b). IF DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY MORE OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON IF ITEM SUPPLIED IS CORRECT THEN REFUND WILL BE MADE MINUS THE POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES, AND BUYER WILL HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST TOO.
