    Replace halogen bulbs for LED.

    Two 12 volt dc power supplies were ordered for existing kitchen cabinet lights, to enable LED bulbs to be used in place of halogen capsule bulbs. The power supplies were easy to fit and worked with the new LED bulbs. The price included free delivery.

    Get what you pay for

    Bought to power LED strips about 1 metre long, taking about 0.4A current each. The units worked, but produce quite severe interference on the FM radio band. Wrapping them in aluminium foil will reduce but not cure this, and have had no luck with ferrite cores on the leads. Also tend to drop out for a few seconds occasionally (perhaps once a week) for no apparent reason. Although only supplying about 0.4A they get quite warm, even when not wrapped in foil. I shall not buy any more of these and am currently looking for replacements.

    Needed to switch to LED lighting.

    Bought this to replace an older AC transformer as the bulbs I needed where only available as DC lighting. Job was very easy to do (5 minutes) and new lighting working fine. Very well made. Excellent seller.

    Use correct transformer for LED bulbs.

    Ideal for LED downlighters. Bulb is 6 watts so I chose a transformer that will deliver up to 12 watts and all lights are working as they should. (I replaced halogen bulbs with the LEDs but found the lights were flickering occasionally until I realised the transformers were delivering in excess of 50 watts and had to be replaced.) I fitted one transformer to each light fitting.

    Good quality

    Much better than the previous driver that has failed and caused the bulb to flicker annoyingly. Easy to fit. Only downside is that there is a delay on the other bulbs
