18) WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF THE RETURNS PROCEDURE TO ALLOW US TO TEST THE ITEM FOR THE SUSPECTED FAULT.
19) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO BE TESTED AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.

With spade terminals was very easy to make a deans type connecting lead with standard spade connectors. The included charger is a real bonus, no worries about incorrect charging.

    Excellent product and price. Terminals need modification

    Excellent value and reduces the battery pack weight considerably. Whilst they are sold as replacements for the Go Go lead acid batteries they do not fit directly into the spaces in the battery box. The terminals are spade shaped so need to be drilled to take the Go Go's but and bolt connexions.

    Charger Overheats

    Battery very good as it holds its charge and has excellent capacity. However, charger got extremely hot with smell of melting insulation. I added a shunt to reduce the charge current which now keeps the charger at a better working temperature.

    Seems good value and such a weight difference from a lead acid gel type battery, only time will tell how good it is for portable amatuer low power radio (qrp) work so far no complaintscompact size fits nicely in a polycarbon 50cal ammo can making up a portable light weight power supply.

    Lightweight and good performance.

    It was bought to replace a lead acid gel battery of the same capacity used in a glider In comparison it is much lighter, and holds the supply voltage much longer. It never gets fully discharged as it is re-charged after each day's use, but it does retain its charge over long periods.

    Super light weight power supply.

    The batteries came very quickly as expected. I ordered two to replace similar sized batteries in a mobility scooter. They fitted as expected as the size was the same as the lead acid batteries they replace. The chargers worked and did what was expected, charging them to full in about 3 hours. All was fine. BUT to charge these batteries in series (as that is how they are wired for the scooter) is proving problematical. To have to dismantle the battery box each time they require recharging is a nuisance. It would make for a less difficult situation if at thine of purchase of multiple batteries a choice was offered as to power of charger needed. The batteries are brilliant and weigh so much less that the lead acid batteries they replace. Worth every penny.
