We are friendly and approachable, and we value your opinion of our performance, so if on receipt of an item you have any issue that you wish to address, then in the first instance, please contact us.
We really do want you to be happy with your transaction, we will do all we can to put things right including at our discretion, refund, partial refund, credit note or replacement.
But if all else fails the following is our fall-back position
Returns and Cancellations
Before Cancelling or returning any item. Please contact us in writing for authorisation within 30 days of receipt, (please include a contact telephone number).
Once a return is authorised you have a maximum of 30 days in which to post the item back to us.
The returned item must be packed in a manner that fully protects the item in transit.
Returned items damaged in transit to us remain the liability of the buyer.
The cost of returning the item to us is to be met by the buyer.
Returns must be sent by a traceable method that at minimum proves receipt by signature, such as “Royal mail signed for” or any tracked delivery service, the method of dispatch and reference to be forwarded to us.
Any item returned to us must be, in unused condition and with packaging also in good order (excluding the original wrapping for postal purposes). Returned items must not have had gas/LPG passed through them.
In Transit returns remain the liability of the buyer until received and signed for by us.
Returned items will be inspected and any indications of use, abuse or presence of LPG stenching agent will cause the return to be rejected.
If you are not in to receive a 'signed for' delivery or fail to collect from your sorting office after a failed delivery, you will be liable for a further postage charge to re dispatch.
