This grade B machine has had a very hard life before it got to me. I shall never buy another. This heavy brute of a clunking laptop will never sit on anyone's laptop for long. Windows 8.1 is an abomination, and the new UEFI (BIOS version 2), is setup to make it exceedingly difficult to get rid of Win8 to downgrade to Windows 7. Luckily there are good YouTube vids that explain how to do it. The junk bloatware that comes loaded onto the system is a disgusting annoyance. I regret this purchase. Shoddy build adds insult to injury - I discovered late on that the case is cracked open at the front right edge.
