Can't advertise any clearer..... STATES in main advert DOWNLOAD set before you even read description so very unfair to blame the seller for your lack of reading.

Blames everyone but herself. Read the neg reviews and believe them. Ordered the 12th. Was given 30th for delivery. I thought too far off (Cards are printed and laminated) and so tried to cancel. Couldn't cancel on 14th because apparently despatched! Except they weren't despatched until 20th and then lo and behold, they still haven't shown up. No response to emails until case opened! Had a refund but no apology. Don't sell such an important item for kids with ALN if can't communicate or deliver

I don't blame everyone..... I can not be held for errors made with Royal Mail. Do you seriously think I love paying P&P cost's and then having refund for something out of my control.
I find this comment very unfair and totally no need for it!
