Incorrect addresses:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address on the eBay sale is correct and full.
We regret that we cannot change or amend the address after purchase, If you contact us prior to dispatch with regards to an incorrect address then we will do our utmost to prevent the package being sent and we will offer you a full refund so you can repurchase with the correct details. However, if this is not possible then unfortunately, it would be up to you to arrange collection from the incorrect address.
If the address you have entered is undeliverable and the package is returned to us we can refund the purchase price less postage and admin fee.
Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return to us within 14 days.

Orders will be dispatched within 1 working days of confirmed payment. Products will be sent via a tracked service, including international orders.
If any damage can be seen to your delivery please sign for the item as damaged on delivery.
Any damage or losses must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please do not leave us negative feedback or open a dispute without first giving us a chance to resolve your query, we wish to resolve every problem however small.
If a product is found to be faulty or defective through no fault of your own within 30 days of purchase we will offer a replacement or a full refund upon receipt of a return. The product must be in the original condition in which it was sent and must include an invoice or returns form sent with the item. The buyer is responsible for all initial postage costs.
