We believe everyone should have a place of their dreams in the sun but do not always have a lump sum at hand therefore we are offering the following options to purchase our apartment;
3 equal payments of £27,000 (£81,000) paid up front each year for three years. The apartment will be yours after the first payment but the deeds to the property will be held with a solicitor until the third payment is received. The deeds will then be transferred into your name/names. The solicitor will be mutually agreed between both parties.
Pay one payment of £80,000 and receive the deeds on hand-over. A deposit of £8,000 will be required to secure the sale and this will be non-refundable and will include the transfer of deeds to your name.
You will be responsible for all bills (which are very low in Cyprus)
Buy for yourself as a new home, investment or a holiday get away (rent it out whilst your not using it and earn additional income)

Our apartment is situated on a small complex of 42 apartments spread out between three buildings. The apartment is on the second floor (top floor) so you have no one above you. We purchased this apartment from new some five years ago and our plan was to retire there but our family circumstances have changed so we must now sell. The complex already has a number of ex pats living there all year round so it is a lovely safe place to be.
During the summer months we rented the apartment and commanded anything from 250 Euro’s to 500 Euro’s per week.
You may be considering an apartment to live in, rent or for an investment purpose, well this has it all and there is no better time to buy. You may even consider getting a couple of you together to purchase it and have a holiday apartment for you all to share all year round.
The apartment is enclosed by a small wall and electronic gates for the cars, so it is very safe for the children or pets. The pool area is also secure. The pool has a feature waterfall, lights, separate shower room for male and females, sun loungers and tall shaded trees.
You have a designated parking space right next to the entrance door which is covered and shaded from the heat of the sun which ideal for leaving a car all year round even if you are not there.
The entrance hall has a lift and disabled/accessible toilets so is great if you have issues with stairs. The complex is well thought out for wheelchair/pushchair access. The door to your block is secured by an intercom and buzzer entry so you can let your guests in without having to walk down each time someone calls.
The apartment has one large lounge/kitchen diner.
Kitchen – Oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, sink and cupboards with a granite work top.
Living room – large three seat luxury sofa bed (so allows the apartment to sleep 6) Ikea wall units, large flat screen wall mounted TV and a small 4 seat class dining table.
Balcony – we have the largest balcony on the complex and fit’s a 6 seat patio table and drinks fridge easily. Views of the coast and hills can be seen. Below the balcony is a small children’s park which is very rarely used but was purchased by the contractors so that no one can ever block your view of the coast. The stars at night are fantastic and there is nowhere more relaxing as the peace and quiet is so tranquil, especially with a glass of wine.

Pyla is a small traditional village located only 12 Km east of the cosmopolitan town of Larnaca with excellent link roads to the motorway so nothing is ever too far. The beach is 6 minutes’ drive direct from the apartment, Larnaca City centre takes just 15 minutes. The village itself has shops restaurants and traditional taverns.
