This a 4 cd box set of the Manfreds earliest recordings on EMI with Paul Jones on vocals, superbly recorded, some unreleased songs, some tracks are better than other's, but there is nothing I didn't like.Excellent value for the money.

Excellent compilation of established and previously unheard tracks. There are a few glitches; the slicing off of the first half beat of one track for example.Overall it is worth having although the unreleased tracks are of curiousity value mainly.

There was also plenty of room to include a couple of other bits and pieces , such as the different take/mix of Why Should We Not , that I heard on the Stereo issue of Soul Of Man.. As this 4cd set includes the different takes etc of tracks like Mr. Anello , the producers/compilers could have included any other stray mix/version that had been previously officially issued...Read full review
