Good quality light, much better than original even with low battery. Easy to fit & makes a much better torch than cheap all led torches

About the price of a some new LED torcehs, but gives a new life to your old Maglite. No more yellowing weedy light. Well worth it.

If you have a mini maglite with an incandescent bulb and want to convert it to LED, this will work. This is especially true if you have the version that takes 2xAAA batteries. The maglite is fully functional, the beam can be focused as before. The brightness and economy are improved over the original. The instructions and packaging on the version I bought were good. I discovered a 120 lumen version is available for the 2xAA version after I bought this. This 60 lumen bulb is good for the the 2xAAA version.

The original incandescent bulb for my Mini Maglite failed so I was looking for a replacement. I hadn't considered an LED upgrade but when I found this product I decided to give it a try - it costs a little more than an official Maglite bulb, but not much more. It's very, very good. Easy to fit (though it will only work one way round, unlike a standard bulb) and gives an extremely bright and very even light - much better than the original. I haven't had it long enough to comment on battery life, but they should last longer with this LED bulb. The 'candle' mode still works fine too. Recommended.
