Mini Ninjas is a cute little ninja game - from the studio that created Hitman. It's an entertaining game where you play as a few different ninjas. Well you have the main character and as you find the rest of your clan/friends you can then hot-swap between them to use their various skills. The environment has a toy-like look and of a good size. You have some pretty cool ninja abilities like controlling an animal to use their abilites, using your hat as a boat etc...oh, and the dash-kill is pretty cool. I buy most releases from Eidoe as they are a quality studio (Hitman 5 is coming, yeah!) and this is a nice little title.
Well received. Many thanks!

This is a realy good and interesting game. My 6 years old daughter love it. Very playable and recreative. Game for everyone.
The Good Great art style creates a vibrant, cohesive world Level designs encourage exploration A ton of combat options Excellent authentic music. The Bad Fighting gets a bit tiresome toward the end Uncooperative camera. Mini Ninjas is a decidedly different turn for developer IO Interactive, maker of the Hitman series. This action adventure is low on gruesome assassinations and high on lighthearted fun, but that doesn't mean fans of stealth-kill simulators, or anyone else for that matter, should skip over it. Mini Ninjas is an approachable and enjoyable game with a charming art style that brings its lively world to life. There are a few kinks that present some minor annoyances, but they don't detract too much from what is overall a delightfully plucky adventure.
Not only is the game taking classic Japanese themes and making them palatable for children, but the entire project was handled by Io Interactive -- the folks behind the Hitman franchise. But having now played Mini Ninjas extensively, I can tell you that this is one of the most heart-warming tributes to "ninja culture" that I've ever seen by a non-Japanese studio. Everything from the surprisingly stunning visuals to the soothing music makes this a real treat to play. Although the gameplay is fairly straight-forward and somewhat simple for my tastes, the overall experience is one that should definitely be had by gamers that like Japanese culture and ninja flicks -- and this is a game you can share with kids With that said, this is the perfect game to introduce younger siblings or your own children to the classic Japanese tales and ninja quests so many of us love. I consider Mini Ninjas to be an extremely pleasant surprise.Read full review
