This seam grip did an excellent job of resealing my Goretex jacket hood joint tape that had lifted. A bit messy to apply but not important as used on inside of jacket where it's not seen. This repair has save me having to replace my old Goretex jacket with a expensive replacement. Additional note: reheating tape with iron and grease proof paper method undid with first use.

Probably the best glue of its type...
The cons first - it takes overnight to dry. Other than that this is the best adhesive of this type I have ever used by a huge margin. I also use it for repairs to inflatables aswell. In my experience it sticks just about anything to anything. It also remains quite flexible after drying.

Good, but not wildly convenient.
I can't say whether this stuff worked or not, as I haven't yet tried the tent in really wet conditions. It is reasonably easy to apply, but you must be very careful not to let surfaces touch together until after the sealer has cured (a full 24 hrs), otherwise they stick and you have to tear them apart. It remains visible as a shiny streak when cured, but that didn't spoil the aesthetics of the tent for me. Clean up of the brush supplied with the tube is pretty much impossible, but any brush will do when I use the rest of the tube. It is quite expensive for the amount you get, and I can't help thinking the excessive packaging and brush must account for a lot of that. I have used the McNett seam sealant for silicone-coated fabrics for years and am completely satisfied with that. But I ... I can't say whether this stuff worked or not, as I haven't yet tried the tent in really wet conditions. Good but expensive
After searching the web for something to restick the tapes on my bike waterproof this was the most recommended. I bought a large tube but needed another tube to finish the job. Reasonably easy to use but getting it off my hands took two days.

excellent adhesive

Easy application
Simple to use and apply. Make sure you let it dry before packing tent away or else fabric will stick together. I used some talcum powder to help prevent sticking. Does the job! I applied on all seams for a 2 person tent, and there was just about enough. Applicator was no good on the tube, I applied the liquid to seam then used the applicator to spread.
