I bought this book as a replacement for the copy I bought years ago. I used it a lot so it was in a sorry state with pages falling out. I like the quick recipes and the handy hints. I like food but don't like spending hours in the kitchen. This book is ideal. It has lots of tasty meal ideas that don't cost a lot and are quick to prepare. It would be a good buy for students going off on their own for the first time, busy parents, people coming in from work, people living alone. There are nutritious meals so you can have a balanced diet without fuss.
