I chose this book because I got a new BBQ and wanted to cook with more predictability on it as opposed to waiting for the sausages to charred to think they were safe to eat. I wasn't disappointed, I like the mix of theory to explain the practical stuff. I haven't tried the recipes yet but I shall very soon.
