Product is fine though not as advertised by this supplier - he advertised a 'Luxury' edition, supplied an ok ordinary which I feel should have been less expensive and defeated all attempts at recompense - so phone is ok product just beware this supplier or one of his many alternative identities on line.

Ever since the day it had came i have not been able to use it. The battery does not work. I keep charging it but it wont work. I got another battery and this time it wont fit the phone when its an exact replica. This phone is rubbish and i do not recommend it.

When advising the seller that the index in the manual is totally corrupted, e.g no feature being on the page stated, I was advised that the phone is no longer a motorola maintained phone. When Motorola switched its maker, the original maker kept making them, legally, but Motorola not responsible for it. The manual being badly copied/ I was given the opportunity to return it but chose not to as it is a bit special in its style and looks, which I wanted as I love Razr phones and do not want touch or smart phones. Unfortunately the battery is useless and I have read others that say so. It can drain within hours even when unused. The side buttons have a habit of hanging out and the volume is pretty poor. I would have then returned it and bought another Razr or maybe gone for a Nokia flip phone, as thin as the Razr, though this model is a little thicker than the normal. However I had dropped it on concrete. Nothing bad but two very small nicks in the gold so not returnable. It's a lovely phone just a bad battery which could easily let you down when out and about.Read full review
Cheap and cheerful replacement for a competitive price. However, the battery supplied does not hold its charge, and needs to be recharged every day, even with little usage

I bought this phone because i had already used the earlier V3 and enjoyed the style and ease of use. I know its an old style phone with limited features but for someone who wants an easy to use phone that oozes style you cant beat this one. Although on reflection it is a bit overpriced considering its lack of features i do like it and would buy another if it was a little cheaper.
