Other than the pictures in the description showing a red (rosewood) laptop whichwas not received - black, this is good enough for geneal and basic use. In spite of the wrong colour the condition is virtually like new in it's original box, charger and literature, The inbuilt batteries life is quite poor, why are they now making laptops without easily removable and replaceable batteries? Basic processor and minimal RAM means it is quite slow and sluggish, but acceptable. As title, it is what it is. No more, no less.

Lightweight good quality and very easy to set up. With downloads of Windows 10 updates to catch up as well takes about 4 hours then the Lap Top is good to go.

At first this was a great laptop but after a couple of months it began running really slowly and taking a long time to load. I asked my son who is a IT technician to take a look and he said the CPU was running at 100% all the time. This should not be happening so spend a little more for a new one.
