I love the overall size and "sound" performance of this device. It is easy to load with MP3s and plays well. BUT that is the end of my love for it. The touch controls are a total farce and absolutely horrible to operate. Some functions you are supposed to swipe and some functions you are to just push the touchpad. Either way, is seldom responds and is horrible to control. If this product got rid of the stupid non-responsive touch screen and went to simple buttons it would be an outstanding player. But as it was designed, it is virtually worthless. I am very disappointed with this and surprised that Sandisk would produce such a poorly functioning product. I'm getting rid of mine ASAP.

The models with fly wheels are 100 times better. This model is not sensitive to touch. Very disappointing. Difficult to operate.

Sansa is a great brand! No other beats battery life or the functionality of these players. User friendly easy to navigate around, and load/remove songs. Will buy no other brand!! Highly recommend!!!
Like the unit. Have bought 4 so far. Only issue is that it takes a while to remember how to get back to certain screens. It's not as intuitive as you would think. Great value and good size. Plan on purchasing another one for a friend.
