Excellent service. Tool arrived promptly. My lamp cover has only 4 lugs whereas all these tools have six so it just slipped around on my lamp cover. I cured this by doubling up two elastic bands on the lamp cover and this gave the tool sufficient grip to do the job.

Good product, but unfortunately did not fit the glass cover on my Neff oven
Description of product said it was suitable for Neff ovens, but the tool does not fit the glass lamp cover on my Neff oven. When I finally managed to get the cover off, it measured 70mm wide and the tool is only 63mm wide.

Failed to change light bulb
As I put in the title, this product fsiled in its job of enabling me to change the oven light bulb in my neff double oven. The device was not able to undo the bulb lense. It merely slipped off. In the end it was necessary to call out the neff engineer!

INSUFFICENT GUIDANCE WITH PRODUCT
MORE INFORMATION NEEDED ON FITTING I have assessed this tool at three stars only because of NO helpful guidance or hints with delivered tool. What I have written here is purely by discovery. Anything I write here will depend on how strongly your Bulb Cover has through heat and or fat, fixed itself to it's thread fitting. Your ease of removable will also be effected by your Lamp Cover being an oven roof or vertical back wall fixture. Because the door to our bottom hinged Neff oven door was making access more difficult I removed the door while working. Direct hand pressure towards the lamp thread to keep The removal tool from just slipping around and not gripping on The Lamp glass is very much needed. WITH CARE because I had many unsuccessful attempts with out, I used a wide Bladed Tool ... Needed a little help but worked
The tool did the job but my lamp cover has only 4 lugs whereas this tool (and all others) have 6 lugs and did not grip the glass tightly. I ended up doubling over two elastic bands on the glass cover before reapplying the tool. This worked. I couldn’t have removed the cover without the tool.

Useless product
Useless....do not buy! I couldn't remove the glass cover with it and neither could my nephew. It just kept slipping off he grooves.
