Takes a 30mm hex shank, so hard to find a clay spade, which is what I wanted. Amazon do one in the US. Comes with point and chisel steels, plus a grooving tool for embedding electric cables. You'd need the strength off superman to use the last of these. Comes with steels, tools, oil can, wheeled case and gloves, which are all good quality. Also a face mask and goggles, which really aren't. You need to buy them elsewhere, and also some ear defenders as it is pretty loud. No oil supplied. Any 10W40 engine oil should be ok. It recommends Shell in the instructions but I'm sure it makes no difference. You only need about 100ml and it should last for years. When using it, you need to kind of drop it onto its tip. Otherwise when you press the on button it just vibrates. Dropping it makes the steel contact the impactor properly.Read full review

Well made and tough! Sometimes you may realize that a slower impact rate makes better progress on tough concrete by "blipping" the trigger which has made me consider fitting a speed control so I can tune the rate of impact. It is necessarily quite heavy so using it horizontally into blockwork is tiring and you need to be able to get body weight behind it so that the impacts bottom out on the chisel. The tool comes with three good chisels and the wheeled case is handy for storage. The PPE stuff, goggles, mask and gloves are the cheapest imaginable and went straight in the bin so make sure you have decent PPE apart from these. This in my opinion is a better breaker than the Titan from Screwfix and about £50 cheaper. I recommend this tool.....allow a week for it to be delivered.

This Jack hammer has already saved me a small fortune! It comes very well packaged and has 3 very good attachments for breaking up concrete, rock and stone I was able to break up my old concrete pond foundation with ease using this machine. The included goggles are trash the glove are nothing special but adequate if you dont have a decent pair. The machine is quite noisy so wear ear protection. I bought some 29db ear defenders for £3.00 from screwfix and that reduces the noise a good deal, even though my 35db ear plugs would probably be even better for this beast! Before using this machine add oil to the oil chamber until you can see the oil level in the little transparent window, I used 15w 40 multi-grade but as others have stated any 40w oil should be fine. The carry case is great especially as it has wheels on one side so you can pull it along instead of carrying, as this thing weighs a ton which is no bad thing when you're smashing your way through hardcore but not so good for carrying by hand. All in all great value for money so much better than hiring.Read full review

Very happy with the purchase, heavy sturdy powerful breaker. Great value can't see how you would need anything other than this unless you are using for commercial use. I knocked up a 8m x 8m slab 150mm deep in no time at all, various pick adaptors. Make sure you add engine oil to it by removing the hexagonal sight glass on the front though as isn't that obvious in the instructions. Enjoy the tool, it's awesome!
