When I bought my polytunnel I expected to have to replace the cover every 2 years, and that's what's happened. This one is a different brand to my original so I was a little worried about how it would fit, but it turned out to be perfect. Rather than removing the old cover, we simply slipped the new one over the top which was far easier than trying to get it over bare hoops. The windows are larger than my old one, but almost in the same position (just a little lower), so it works well. I'm expecting this "double glazing" to work well, but if there are any issues I can easily cut the old cover out leaving the new one in place. This cover has ties to secure it to the polytunnel frame which obviously I can't use while the old cover is still in place, but the fit is so good I think it will be ok without using them. (My old cover didn't have them and was fine.) The skirts are a bit shorter than those on my old cover which is why I've only given 4 stars because the longer the skirts the deeper you can bury them and therefore the more secure it will be. There are roll-up doors at both ends of this cover so it doesn't matter which way you put it on. It was the door zippers that went first on my old cover so I'm only going to use one door for now and if (when) the zippers go on this one I'll tape them up and use the other door which might help make the cover last a bit longer. (I'll have to cut the end out of the old cover first.) Also, the zippers have tabs on both the inside and outside making them much easier to use than my old one which is difficult to close while I was inside. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase so far. If it lasts 2 or more years I will still be happy when the time comes to replace it.Read full review

I bought the poly tunnel 4 years ago and I am now just about to fit the third cover this is not due to being in a windy location. The damage has been caused by the temperature changes and the clear plastic separates from the I would have thought I should have got a better life span out of it than that Do you sell a clear plastic cover as my neighbour has had 1 for years. cheers Roy Cuthbertson

At the same price as a sheet of heavy duty poly these covers come fitted and with vents and zip doors . I you need a cover and your tunnel is one of the three sizes or cad be adapted then this is a great solution . I was given the original when it was 3 years old and had been used in a school , it then survived all the storms between 2013 and now and a move to Ireland .After about 7 years the first splits have begun to grow , all caused by not using heat insulating tape between the hoops and the cover ! The old cover has gone on to become a smaller tunnel e. Similar tunnels can cost up to £1000 so I can recommend this product and the original tunnel as goon value and suitably for private and semi commercial use . Thanks for reading Kev .

I wasn't expecting much from a big sheet of plastic, but it was well made, relatively easy to put together (my original frame is on a slope so probably much easier for anyone working on level ground) by two of us. Speedy delivery too. As soon as it went up my seeds started germinating like crazy and my tomatoes took off. Don't look too hard for the instruction though, there weren't any, but erecting it's not rocket science.

Arrived ahead of schedule, which meant I was able to take advantage of the unseasonably good weather to replace the old cover. I was satisfied with the quality of the original, but this has been upgraded, with more ties to the frame, and two doors instead of one. Fits like a (fox)glove. Very pleased with my purchase.
