No messing around mobile! Great battery life, solid! You can drop it a million times and it will still work great! I've spent hundreds on Samsung's and Apple's and when they break and yes they will break you feel lost! I think it's best to keep a device for separate things it will cost less and you will spend less time messing about on the internet and having no battery when you need to call someone! Don't get me wrong I got a tablet too! And yes I am aware this device has no g.p.s sometimes that's a good thing! Anyway I believe this is a very cheap alternative to very expensive mobiles with great battery life! Even if it is just to have as a back up it will be great as it's small enough and has enough battery life to keep you going till you get home to charge your main handset.

Great little phone I bought for taking to festivals to use instead of my power craving HTC Desire. The battery lasts for ages and it has all the stuff you need really, I may not be able to use Google maps and GPS to triangulate my position in a field, but while others are queueing at the charge points, my Nokia 1800 is still going strong! It even has a mini torch built in! If you're not a festival goer, this is a great, simple little phone that you can call, text and, er well that's about it but there are little extras like FM Radio and a calculator etc so it's not a one trick phone-y (sorry!) Best of all it's cheap as fudge, I remember the days when this thing would have been top of the range, how times change!
