This is a phone that I've always wanted. I can still remember a mobile dealer offering me one for 300. Now, I've managed to get one for £51.00! not only that, I got a nokia 8210, an emergency charger and sim card as well. A real bargain and a good one! Cheers
Y'know, I love old Nokia's. They don't break, never crash, and are easy to use. The 8250 is basically an 8210, Nokia jazzed it up and only released it on the Australian/Asian markets so it's a pretty rare find in the UK. Main differences between the 8210 and 8250: Front and back covers feel less plastic Tribal design on battery cover Keypad has been re-styled. BLUE backlight. This last one is the biggest difference. If you ever owned a 8210, you'll know the green screen is nothing to shout about. The 8250's blue screen is pretty slick. Menu wise, it's identical to the 8210. If you don't know your Nokia's, please remember: No Bluetooth (yeah right..) Infra-Red, but... NO mp3 capability-monophonic tones. Only stores 20 texts between the in and outboxs' No camera Dual Band Non-colour screen. No WAP. I don't care about any of the above. It's light as a feather, and ludicrously easy to use. I love it.Read full review
