Excellent quality screen. Good appearance. I have 35 apps instant access on front screen including 5 labelled email inboxes of different types. App store OK but does not have everything (but has almost all I would like including YouTube and Google Map client apps, Spotify, Podcasts, National Rail Enquires, Uber, etc.). Windows 10 version works with Skype and Skype for Business. Inbuilt battery lasts a day with modest use. Fast but not tried on games. Excellent value refurbished for £90 with few marks round edges now hidden by case.

My partner ended up buying the same phone 2 months later. Great camera, quality feel to the build. Downside to any windows phone are the accessories, in the main phone cases/carriers. And of course the limited amount of apps compared to Apple and Android devices. I don't play phone games, so can't review this part of the phone. It does however have a good range of apps that I want and will use, for example a helpful translator that translates images into the language of your choice, Microsoft Office, camera lenses, Wassup, Facebook and so on. But if you can bear to be different and want to save yourself a bob or two, get this phone. The other benefit of a windows phone is you can switch effortlessly between windows devices, access your files, contacts, photo's and emails. This model is fast to use, it moves quickly and fluidly between apps and runs windows 10 mobile. Cortana is very useful, works well via handsfree, setting reminders and so on. Some of these phone have a problem with one of their internal mics and make the speakerphone virtually unusable, so do check this out if your phone is not new, its not a costly repair (£35.00) but it is hassle. It doesn't impact on you using blue tooth devices (headsets, hands free,music players), just the speakerphone option. The screen is a really good size, and like Windows devices you can fully personalise the settings, ringtones for friends/groups, text tones too.
