As a budget smartphone this is fine. Beyond that it is old tech and as such is is a little "buggy" and the browsing is quite cumbersome. I probably need to restart it every few days because it can "lock-up". I am generally happy with it given the cost. Be prepared to recharge daily unless you are are a light user. Small keys so if you have big fingers be prepared to make a few typos with texting!

I have always had XDa phones since 2000 onwards and alwas found them useful and easy to use and the sync between the phone and microsoft outlook means I never miss apointments. The addition of the inbuilt GPS and Copilot software is inspired. I have had bluetooth GPS units and Tomtom software but it is a fathon setting it up. But built in unit speed the process up greatly and the copilot software is billiant. My brother has a Nokia phone that has GPS but the maps have to be downloaded for each area entered and ofcourse this cost money. Other functions that I use regularly is the media player to play music and the speaker has always been good. Another peice of software I use is Mobipocket ebook. I can carry a library of books around with me and so I am never bored. I have slight vision problems and mobi allows you to increase the size of the text and the background and foreground text colours. I find blue paper with white text is a lot easier to read than a normal paper book. If you are reasonably good with a computer and you don't mind spending a few hours learning the functions of this phone you will get back more than you have putin. I cannot recommend this phone enough and I would suggest that you get one as soon as you can.Read full review
