I had other Bluetooths and the second best feature of them has been they tell you how much battery is left. 5 hrs, 2 hrs., 1 hr., etc. This Bluetooth tells you the battery is good. The first feature that is the most important (in my mind) is the clarity. How clear you can hear someone and how clear they can hear you. The Motorola HX550 has the clarity, I wish they design it to tell how much battery time is left.

Received this bluetooth and it was loose no box no instructions. The voice is not the same as the one on my old one and it was not speaking in english. I had to call Motorola and they helped me get it programed to speek english. Once I got it working its justlike toold one the quiit working. I Love the 550 but next time will pay to get a real one.

From the onset I think it's an excellent headset for the price. It is easy to use, lightweight, comfortable, fits well and has good audio quality for both music and calls. It can also be paired to two devices which makes it very continent for people with two headsets. The range is quite good. The bottom line is if you want an affordable headset for general use, I will say it's a must have item. Buy it you will not regret the decision. The only issue I have with the headset is that of the earpiece which does not fit firmly enough when worn without the external earhook. It can be easily lost if you are not careful, especially in crowds
This is a good device but I don't figure out how to use the full capacity with my Moto-X. When is pared it takes the control of "ok google now", and even substitute the incoming calls naming, why? I just hear the incoming number. I would like that the headset could be controlled by the phone no vice versa because I cant use the voice commands of my phone as texting or making calls. On the other side, the sound is quite good and the dual mic guaranties the caller hear you perfectly. Also I uses it on my bike to hear music on low volume and is good.
Have used this for years -- unfortunately have lost one or two, and my dog ate the last one. Shocked that the price for the white one is so much higher than for the black one, but the white color does make it easier to find. Sound quality not the highest, but flip microphone and ease of use make up for that. I left Jawbone for this and have no regrets.
