Unwanted Items – Returns
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.
Faulty/Damaged Items - Returns
We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid/buying amount at our discretion. All returns must be in their original packaging. We will email you a Returns Label, you will require access to a printer to print out a copy to attach to your parcel.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. Certain tools have consumable parts, which are not included in the guarantee.Power Tools & Air Tools are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date.Watches: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the watch, and is automatically lost if the watch is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people. Straps, glass and batteries are not covered under the guarantee. All other products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date. We do not give cash refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. In order to process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice, which will act as your receipt of purchase.You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination.
This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled.
Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
We obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new power drill from us we would accept their old power drill and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.
Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheely bin symbol.
Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations
As a supplier of batteries, we are obliged under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations to accept waste portable batteries for environmental disposal.
If you wish to take advantage of this service, please contact us to arrange the return.
Please be aware that while we will accept your waste batteries for disposal, this is unlikely to be the most economical or environmentally friendly option available to you.
Many shops and supermarkets, as well as some schools, town halls and libraries, in your local area will provide battery collection points that may be more convenient and economical for you, and in turn will provide a much smaller carbon footprint.
