Terms and conditions of the sale
1, The buyer is responsible for images they send and to be used on their order.
 
2, The Buyer must own the images they send to be used on their order.
 
3, The buyer is accepting that once their order is marked as "dispatched" that the use, supervision and disposal of the buyers order and the contents is the buyers responsibility.
 
4, The Buyer is accepting that the seller is not responsible for a lost or misplaced order resulting in lost images that had been printed on that order , once the item has been marked as dispatched it is no longer the sellers responsibility.
 
5, The buyers photos to be used on their order will never be identical to that which is printed on the banner, there may be a slight difference in colour, brightness or resolution, etc.. due to the image being printed on paper.
 
6, any offence caused by the use of the buyers order is the buyers responsibility, The seller is just offering a printing service it is the buyers choice how they use it.
 
7, By ordering the buyer is accepting that Ebays "Delivery date" is an estimate not a guarantee, and that their order may have unseen postal delays.
 
8, It is the buyers responsibility to be available to accept the order on delivery, the buyer is responsible for a "failed to deliver" order at their address, and will only be resent at the buyers expense when the items arrives back to the seller.
 
9, By ordering the buyer is accepting any postal delays of up-to 10 days before contacting me, in which a replacement will be sent and a p58 royal mail claim form will be processed and a replacement order sent.
 
10, The seller is not obliged to fulfill a buyers delivery deadline and once the order has been purchased that any missed deadline is the buyers responsibility and to order well in advance in case the buyers order is delayed in post.
 
11, Communication is to be through ebay messaging only.
 
12, Once The Buyers order is marked as dispatched it is no longer possible to change or amend that order
 
13, It is the buyers responsibility to check ebay messages regularly in case i need to contact them regarding their order.
 
14, A buyers missed deadline for their item delivery is not grounds for a refund from the seller as it is the buyers responsibility to assure their order arrives in time by ordering well in advance, by ordering you are accepting no refunds for a missed deadline.
 
15, A replacement will only be sent 2-3 working days after the buyer has reported that their order hasn't arrived in order to give the original order a chance to arrive in the post. After this time the buyer must contact the seller confirming whether the item is still lost and to organise the replacement to be sent.
 
47, All refunds will be issued no earlier than 10 days after ebays estimated delivery date, this is to allow time for any parcels that were unable to be delivered to the buyers address and are being returned by the postal company.
 
48, It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their order is used in the correct and suitable manner, as your order is a paper product please keep your order away from naked flames and sources of extreme heat, Due to a choking hazard, suffocation or injury, do not mis-use your order contents, Keep the contents of your order out of reach from children, pets etc..
Use your order safely and responsibly, the safe use and disposal of this product and packaging is the responsibility of the Buyer.
 
49, By ordering the buyer is agreeing and accepting to my terms and conditions and is accepting all that is mentioned in the entire listing, return policy and terms and conditions, and that the buyer has read this listing fully.
