Sound is good for such a small thing however, I'm still using my previous speakers as they work, didn't need fiddling about with more cables and I actually think they look better than the new silver plastic ones. Keeping them in case my original ones pack up. I like the slimline design as it takes up so little space.

Great looking system, and as other reviews have stated, it doesnt take up much room, fits nicely into a shelf hole without any hasstle. The speakers sound absolutly stunning for a system of its size compared to others & the quality DOESNT sound 'tinny'. THE BAD - it fails to recognise copied, or poor quality cd's that my other cd players around the house play fine.it stops playing randomly and simply freezes failing to read the cd, thus pointing to the fact that this was built with a POOR QUALITY LASOR. would i buy again is the question - ANSWER - NO !!!!
This is a good system, with a nice sound when playing tapes or CD's. The size of the unit is just right for placing on a shelf, the output from the speakers is very good. Remote control is not the best quality but works well.
Was looking for a small but loud cd system with remote control and this fits the bill perfectly. The system has radio, tape, cd and aux so if you want to you can plaug in your mps player. It plays CDRs without any problems and goes pretty loud without any distortion. The display is clear and bright and the remote simple, small but effective and has a good range. The system has a bass boost system which is quite effective. If your an audiophile I wouldn't have it as a main system but as a bedroom system for teenagers, in the kitchen or for playing guitar backing tracks (as I do) it's perfect.
This micro system looks smart, takes up minimal space, is easy to use and produces very punchy sound for its weight. Now the bad bit - the CD player refuses to recognise disks for no apparent reason. This happens about half the time and is really frustrating. So would I recommend it? Well for £10, I'm prepared to live with its little quirks.
