Ok so I don't know everything there is to know about video cards but I think this one is pretty cool. Well it looks pretty cool, it can be a bit loud but nothing that you won't get used to in a matter of minutes. It took my windows experience score from a 5.0 to a 5.3. The reason it so low is because of my cpu (AMD Athlon x2 5400+) it's pretty outdated and I will be upgrading that very soon. If not for the cpu the score would be 5.9. The only thing bad about the card for me is the fact that it is huge. It was very trying for me to actually fit it on my motherboard. I even had to cut a few metal pieces off of it to get it to seat properly. Over all great card for the money.
As so far this card performs as I'd hoped, taking a good bit of stress off of my processor as the games coming out are definitely more resource heavy than my 8800 GTS 640 could really deal with. Given, it's not the newest generation, but the 1gb of GDDR3 and the good core speed and pipelines make it a very respectable card for the price.
I didn't notice that description said "new other", guess I didn't get past the new part. I read about new other and came away scratching my head,, does it mean the box is new, the product is new, cause somewhere in there it said it was used, I think? Anyway, if the product works as it was designed it should be a great product. I've use Nvida products for many years and none have let me down, just become obsolete.
Hooked in as SLI and enhancement is noticible in better graphics and faster frame rates.
