Rare Shelley English Shell "Dainty" Dish RD272101 Bainbridges Newcastle 1929. This has been in the family for a long time and the rare picture features the Newcastle upon Tyne exhibition hall from 1929. It appears to be an item made for Bainbridge & Co Ltd department store by Shelley’s and I assume is bone china due to the lightweight nature. It’s approx 13 cm wide at the lip and 10cm deep.
