I bought this DVD to help me with my GCSE Eng. Lit. I found the film to be an excellent representation of George Bernard Shaws book of the same title. A more familiar title may be 'My Fair Lady', where a lower class flower girl wants to be taught to speak like a lady. A spin off from this film is 'Educating Rita'. The book and the film highlight that the basic points of etiquette seem to evade the men folk. My point is that, if men can’t get to grips with these fundamental principals of daily living, its inconceivable that they should be trusted with serious life issues like education and health and how to run a country. How well are they really doing? Power to women !!! I wouldn't call myself a feminist. Haha.
