Have used it before when I bought it from Tesco but it is nolonger stocked there. I usually steam clean the floor but love this mop to give a quick easy clean and to mop up spills

Mop heads only last 20 to 25 days, washing the floor 3 x 4 meters each day, they start to fall apart leaving the blue bits on the floor. Tried changing the floor cleaner but has the same results which ever cleaner you use in the bucket. Obviously they have changed the head material so they do not last as long. In 2015 to 2019 mop head use to last at least 2 months, the more heads you use the more money the Company that produces them make.

Unfortunately VILEDA don’t make this sponge mop any longer so I resort to EBay to buy the refills. It’s the best sponge mop I’ve ever used as it lasts a long time, cleans really well and has two types of ‘edges’ - one is the sponge and the other side is rough so great for hard to remove floor stains. Highly recommend and hoping I can always find the refills online.

The concept to this mop is good, it’s not a bad shape to get in corners but a bit deep to be able to exercise good force on a stubborn mark . But my biggest complaint is the last two I have had for little reason have disintegrated in what I think is far to quick a time

while it does a great job at mopping and rinsing, the cost of the mop plus the refill heads in my opinion is not worth it. a mop from a poundshop would do the same job. the only advantage i can see of this style mop is you can use any sort of bucket as it squeezes the water out without the need for the cage on the bucket
