Bought it by comparing photos put onto picassa, it has a very good picture for a compact in my opinion. I think the TZ19 is a currys only camera (?), but the 18 and 20 are very similar cameras, the 20 has GPS and touchscreen. Like the picture quality, boots up very fast (time to first pic 1sec), pretty good in all lighting conditions, good zoom, seems like a good price. Don't like: occasional blurry pics, burst mode is very slow, autofocus fine but not great.
A good pocket size camera, have used only on point and shoot but got excellent results. A bit of icing would have been a view finder which would have made taking pictures in bright conditions a doddle overall I am very pleased
Yet another excellent TZ from Panasonic. The combination of a full range of manual inputs and a wide to long zoom range make it ideal as a "one pocket" camera. The image quality is fine. It doesn't compete with dSLRs, of course, but they need a much bigger pocket: literally and figuratively! Battery life is usefully long, but as a belt and braces kind of chap I always carry a spare just in case. Two things I like the lack of compared with the TZ20 are GPS - I'd never use it, and touch screen. I hate touch screens!

It's such a lovely size to handle and feels very solid, the picture quality is absolutely excellent, I really find it very difficult to fault it in any way - in fact I can't!
Great point and shoot camera. Image quality is great and very easy to use. Highly reccomend.
