After much research I decided on this television type...and Panasonic being a reliable name. The price was excellent and setting it up on the stand was easy. A tip here is to lay it face down on a duvet, on a double bed, to make it easier to fit the component parts. You will need a cross head (Philips) screwdriver for the 8 screws. Everything else is "on screen" information, or the tv will "talk" you through it. Fantastic bit of kit...perfect picture and sound. Freddie.

great set spoiled by a useless on screen guide that is so slow, buying a newspaper to get the channels would be quicker. Freeview for ITV C5 etc is hidden from plain sight on a different home page, but once you get used to it, it works ok.

I guess because Panasonic are now plugging 4K (which isnt yet available for mainstream viewing) the 2K prices seem to have crashed. The image quality on this 50" is stunning, the sound is good and I reckon at £350 this refurbished(actually new) set is the buy of the year!

ONLY HAD THE TV FOR APPROX 2 WEEKS, AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE TV. ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT HAD FULL USE OF THE SMART SIDE/ OF THIS TV YET. THIS IS MY SECOND PANASONIC VEIRA TV. (I JUST UP-GRADED) TO A MORE MODERN LOOK, AND A SLIGHTLY BIGGER SCREEN.
