The weight of the peanuts hold the ball in place and it's less likely to swing around in the wind, always good. The squirrel has a hard time hanging on which is good because I hate that squirrel. Good shape. Good quality for far and I've had it about two months. I'd buy another one for £5 is great. Can't go wrong.

My old mesh ball gave up the goat after many years and I found this one and bought 2. The mesh is slightly finer than my previous one which drives the squirrels mad as they can only nibble the peanuts rather than empty the ball within a day or so, which it turn saves me money having to but more peanuts.

Best nut feeder I’ve had, did drill a couple of holes in the bottom plate to aid drainage

Good quality for the price. The blue tits love it and our resident squirrel hates it!!

Looks good to me, but the birdies still seem to prefer the old Gardman ball one; maybe it just needs to age a bit...
