Handmade Personalised Card by Tara’s Designs

 

This gorgeous card has been designed and handmade using top quality materials.

 

It is A5 sized (21 cms x 14.5 cms) and will be supplied with an envelope and packed in a cello bag to protect it.

 

The insert will be printed with "Wishing you a Happy ... Birthday", but this can be changed if you would like another SHORT message or verse.  I am only able to print on the right hand side of the insert.

 

 

PERSONALISATION DETAILS

 

When paying, please use the "Message Seller" box (this is on the first screen before you go through to pay by paypal, but the text is very small!) and remember to click the "Save Message" box or your message isn’t saved.  Alternatively, you can send the details through ebay messages once payment has been made.

 

If you are leaving a message through the "message seller" box, please check your paypal receipt straight away to check that this has saved properly.  If there is nothing in the 'NOTE TO SELLER' section on your receipt, then the message hasn't saved and I will not receive any details.

 

Please provide ALL personalisation details that you would like on the card straight away, I print out everything at the point of confirming your order (even at weekends or in the evening) and if you have forgotten details, then a charge WILL be made to reprint and remake the order.

 

If full details haven't been provided and I need to chase for details, then this will hold up despatch time.  Once I have heard back from you, the card will be ready to post the following day, regardless of when you placed your order.

 

If you don't provide a NAME or date of their birthday for the children's cards, then I will presume that the detail is not required and do not chase for these details. If you don't provide a birthday, I will presume that this should be a 1st birthday card as shown on the design.

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

I am unable to make and despatch on the same day, as I work around having a young family and mainly make the cards in an evening.

 

Please allow upto 3 working days for your card to be ready to post from full personalisation details being received, as I do get very busy at certain times of the month.

 

If you need a card at short notice, please contact me PRIOR to purchase to ensure I can accommodate you.

 

 

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

 

All cards are posted first class, please note that first class post will take between 1 and 2 working days. 

 

All orders are sent in a rigid postage box to ensure they arrive with you safely.  

 

The cost of the postage and packaging includes the cost of postage (90p large letter), the ridged postage box (45p) and other sundries.  I DO NOT make any money from the postage and packaging charges.

 

If you are purchasing more than 1 card, I will combine postage charges so please request an invoice before making payment.  I CAN NOT refund postage after items are paid for, so please ensure that you request and wait for the invoice before payment is made.

 

I can fit upto 4 cards into one postage box, but if there are handmade roses or pompoms on the card, I can only fit 2 cards in each postage box.

I only post within the UK. 

All items come from a smoke free home.
