Sturdy but too heavy /too strong spring for a lap top
Got this to upgrade a rubbish laptop camera. The clamp is great for bolting to a camera but the jaws are very strong. Too beefy for a laptop screen but great for clamping to just about anything else.

Useful but bulky
Although it can be difficult to position the camera exactly how you want in some situations, this is a strong clip with useful ball swivel thing. Rather too bulky to carry on the off-chance, and another niggle is the rubber sleeves on the clip will fall off - probably best glued.

Strong spring clip
I have tested this clip both with an action camera and an osmo mobile gimbal and I'm satisfied that it's up to the job. I did however remove the screws holding the clip to the swivel joint and add two small spring washers as these were working loose.
