I've been fortunate and never had to wet clean a sensor before, but Lady Luck ran out on me so I bought some swabs and Eclipse and had a go at some really nasty spots. It took a couple of goes, but my sensor is spotless again and the whole kit, with lots of swabs is less than one pro clean in a shop. Sensors are actually pretty hardy, and the process is a breeze - give it a go.

It has done a good job of cleaning my camera lenses but on reflection I think the price too high as i have used cheaper products in the past that do the job just as well. If I were looking for such a product today I would certainly look elsewhere.
