At my place of work we have been doing large audio/tele conferences. Struggling with different forms of speaker phone systems we finally settled on this device. Its has been a treat. We hear the otherside crystal clear and they hear us just the same - despite people on our end not being the same distance from the unit. What we really love about this unit is that with a simple cable you can connect it to a mobile phone (making the device some what portable) and to a PC. This enables us to do video conferencing over IP (e.g. Skype or AG) without investing in Audio Hardware (like Mics, Feedback Suppressors and Echo cancellors). What we dont like is that there are two many wires and components that have to be placed to make the system work. Unless you have a bespoke table for this device you just cant leave it lying around. If we need to setup another audio/video conferencing room (have 3 already) I would get the newer digital model.Read full review

The Plus points are, Everyone i have talked to on this unit can't tell im actually hands free! The user interface is so friendly you dont need the instructions! Looks and feels so much better than the BT ac4600. Bad points when reciving a call the display only shows the number calling and not the name accociated to that number stored in the address book. The settings for (ringer / speaker / dialing) volume are lost when power off. Overall i dont regret buying this item at all, i have never used a phone (conferance or corded) that has such a good audio quality.
