Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best-selling in Laser Pointers
I'm so pleased that I bought this item. It's well made, solid with a satisfying heft in the hand, and promises a long service life. The diffraction filter is fun, but the best thing is the crisp and powerful pure beam. I use mine as a pointer when teaching others about the stars and planets and it does the job perfectly. The chunky build houses an 18650 battery (not included) which gives long life between charges and makes this pointer a better bet than the triple A powered units that are also flimsier and prone to failure in my experience.

Battery compartment doesn't close firmly. Laser pointer end was wobbly....not very good for pointing. Couldn't fix it. They offered a part refund but I never got it. Batteries are hard to find. Meh. Shame.

I had a few troubles with my first one but they sorted out the problem and got one sent to me very fast. The pointer is of a high quality and works very well.

At this timeof year I like to encourage the smaller birds into the garden with seed trays & feeders. However, the larger birds, esp magpies, pigeons and even crows, have cottoned on to these and bully the smaller birds. Actually, one or two of the pigeons are quite aggressive to ALL the other birds. I use this pointer to 'deter' the larger birds from approaching the garden by shining it briefly into their eyes. The low power beam is ideal - they fly off even from roof tops over 100m away!

This is a bright green laser in an aluminium, black-painted housing that resembles that of a military-type torch, with a similar push-button switch on the back of the unit. It is powered by the extremely common 18650 lithium battery, which is most easily purchased from vape shops or online these days. The unit was supplied with a diffraction grating end-piece, which splits the single beam into a geometric pattern of dots. Both these and the normal single beam are well formed and spread out very little at distance. All in all, this is a very useful and durable-feeling device (the laser emitter is deeply recessed inside the head housing and is most unlikely to be accidentally damaged) which does the job very well indeed. The only caveat is that no batteries or chargers are supplied, but as I say, these can easily be purchased online or in a high street vape shop.Read full review
