For the weight I don't think you can get a better pair of speakers. They work perfectly for my duo (vocals, acoustic guitar, and electric bass). Loads of headroom, can handle a pretty good sized crowd. Extremely clear, and especially good for vocals and acoustic guitar. But also does a decent job with the bass (I use the "deep" setting). These are flexible speakers that can handle a wide range of situations. I have some experience with the QSC K12's as well and they are fantastic for larger (100+) crowds.

I have purchased many speakers over the years always looking for the best sound. I finally found it. QSC is top quality with amazing sound clarity. A very loud speaker that delivers crisp highs, good mids and bass. Build quality is meant to last.

I have been DJing for almost 20 years. The K10 is an amazing sounding speaker. I have been using a pair of k8s for most of my gigs & added the KW181 whenever I had a larger event & needed a sub. for a while the k8s were perfect for all the small gigs. add a huge sub for the large gigs. but what about the middle gigs. or what if I wanted to push a little more bass at a small gig? the amps on the K-series are awesome, but at times, I felt like the k8 was about to peak. the k10 is an amazing solution to add for Deep bass with out having to lug around the sub. they are also very light which helps on the back. I love this speaker! best bang for the buck as far as sound & weight ratio & costs. it blows away my JBL eons & the Mackie srm450s that I used to own. they sound equally as good as my friends K12s & weigh a lot less.Read full review
